Western Digital is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Design, Production professional to execute, prep final file creation, translations, and manage our internal DAM for our marketing and creative organization. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership. It supports regional marketing programs by ensuring all global creative frameworks are prepped into technically accurate, region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is capable of prepping assets as needed, experienced with working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain internal DAM for assets, keep organized, ensure technical operation is intact for global use.
  • Manage translations process and delivery requirements per project in the creative team.
  • Communicate in a timely manner, outbound to the internal team on delivery and completion of assets.
  • Resize, build, and produce assets supporting global teams initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materials.
  • Execute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworks.
  • Adapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programs.
  • Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirements.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocity.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflows.
  • Stay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

  • Utilize AI tools to support production efficiency and output.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, layout, and production standards.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets.
