Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee payroll processes for all countries in the EMEA region
  • Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of payroll (and associated processes) across the EMEA region
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and best practices related to payroll and total rewards administration
  • Review and maintain payroll records and reports
  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure payroll systems are optimized for efficiency
  • Assume primary responsibility for payroll related audits in the EMEA region
  • Assume primary responsibility for implementation of payroll related projects in the EMEA region

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in payroll management across the EMEA region
  • Previous payroll experience in EMEA is essential/required
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payroll practices and regulations
  • Experience managing a team of payroll professionals
  • Proficient in using payroll and HRIS software, with the ability to analyze and interpret payroll and HR data (Workday and ADP Celergo preferred)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with local and regional HR and Finance teams
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting or HR strongly preferred
