- Ability to interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
- Able to utilize AI tools into everyday solutions
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross‑functional teams
- Comfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline‑driven global organization
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in professional design with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and localization
- Experience supporting regional or international marketing teams, with working knowledge of localization workflows and cultural considerations
- Proven experience producing high‑volume creative assets within established brand systems
- Experience working in B2B technology, enterprise marketing, or global brand environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels
