Familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production standards.
Ability to accurately interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
Effective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
Comfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline‑driven global organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Senior experience in professional design with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and localization.
- Experience supporting regional or international marketing teams, with working knowledge of localization workflows and cultural considerations.
- Proven experience producing high‑volume creative assets within established brand systems.
- Experience working in B2B technology, enterprise marketing, or global brand environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels.
