We are currently recruiting Modular Building Installers to join our growing team at Western Building Systems, working at the forefront of modern methods of construction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced and innovative sector, delivering high‑quality modular buildings across education, healthcare and commercial projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble modular building units on site in line with project specifications
- Carry out general installation, finishing and connection works as part of a modular installation team
- Assist with positioning, aligning and securing modules during installation
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and site housekeeping
- Work closely with site supervisors and project teams to meet programme deadlines
- Identify, report and assist in resolving any installation issues or defects
About You
- Experience in construction, modular installation or a related trade is desirable
- Strong awareness of on‑site health & safety practices
- Practical, hands‑on approach with good problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a site‑based environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Full driving licence preferred
