We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker & Fitter to join our in‑house specialist furniture division, where craftsmanship, precision and pride in build quality are at the heart of everything we do. This role involves the manufacture and installation of bespoke fitted furniture across a wide range of Western Building Systems projects, from off‑site factory production through to on‑site fit‑out.

Working as part of our experienced in‑house team, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality joinery and fitted furniture solutions that meet our exacting standards and contribute directly to the success of our projects across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture bespoke furniture and cabinetry to detailed drawings and specifications
  • Fit and install high‑quality furniture on site, ensuring excellent finish and attention to detail
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
  • Work with a range of materials, tools and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and housekeeping
  • Collaborate closely with production, site and project teams to meet programme deadlines
  • Uphold company health & safety procedures at all times
About You
  • Proven experience as a cabinet maker, joiner or furniture fitter
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Confident using workshop machinery, hand tools and installation equipment
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach on site
