Hygiene Manager in Enniskillen

Our value-added poultry facility in Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh is seeking a Hygiene Manager to join our team.

Reporting to: General Manager

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the wash crew, ensuring effective cleaning methods are implemented
• Monitor, improve, and maintain hygiene standards across all areas of the factory
• Manage and control stock of cleaning chemicals
• Accurately complete all relevant hygiene and compliance documentation
• Identify and report issues promptly
• Uphold standards of discipline within the team
• Attend regular meetings with Department Managers to ensure effective communication
• Participate in relevant training for ongoing professional development
• Ensure all Quality, Safety and regulatory standards are met and maintained

What we\’re looking for

• Previous leadership experience
• Strong initiative and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous wash-room or hygiene experience is desirable but not essential
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. We cannot provide visa sponsorship.
