  • Support customers with interest in Westerleigh’s wider cremation, burial and memorial product offerings, ensuring you direct them to the right colleague to find the solution best suited to their needs.
  • Handle sensitive customer queries, from potentially vulnerable customers, with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process applications accurately, ensuring any necessary amendments are handled swiftly, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at every step of the FCA regulated sales process.
  • Work collaboratively as part of One Team to meet the service level agreements (SLAs) and promote continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Share feedback, insights, and recommendations for improving product and service offerings and internal processes to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Operate in line with FCA regulatory expectations, the FCA Consumer Duty and documented internal policies and procedures.
