Due to extensive growth in the last 12 months, my Client is looking for a Marketing Executive. This is a new role with a healthy mix of creative aspects and administration. There is a real opportunity to make your own mark and drive your ideas forward.

You will be instrumental in managing website content and creating and developing a company social media strategy, working across multiple marketing activities including events, promotions, direct mail, and campaigns.

We are looking for the creation and publication of industry-based content and ad campaigns. Training on specific industry knowledge will be available, and as the company grows, we anticipate the role developing over time.

Why is business marketing important to the Company? Our Sales and Account Management teams’ relationships with key accounts are second to none, and we’re excited to hire a marketer to support this vital business area.

The ideal candidate will provide marketing leadership supporting the Sales and Account Management teams. At least 2-3 years of demonstrable experience developing strategies and delivering integrated B2B marketing plans to meet company targets is required.

Proven experience of conceiving, running, and reporting marketing strategies is essential. You will work with Sales to evaluate which industry events to attend as delegates or exhibitors and to secure the best outcome for the Company at each event.

A desire to work closely with, and develop respectful, productive, and enjoyable relationships with colleagues in Sales, Account Management, and the wider team is important.
