We are seeking an excellent Administrator who will ensure the accurate collection, maintenance and distribution of student data, supporting departments, leaders, students and parents, and provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Curriculum Manager and the Deputy Headteacher for Curriculum.

- Provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Curriculum Manager and the Deputy Headteacher for Curriculum.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Extensive experience of administrative work, working in a busy office environment.
- Experience of using databases.
- Knowledge of GDPR considerations when handling data.
- Excellent standard of verbal communication, able to convey information clearly and concisely, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences and share complex information.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Role Details
This role is permanent - 37 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum. Grade C SCP 5 - 7. Actual salary £21,911.60 - £22,613.92.
Regulatory and Safeguarding Notes
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested and cross referenced against PoVA, PoCA and List 99. Applicants will be required to provide details of any relevant unspent or spent convictions in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions (Amendment) Order 1986). An online check of shortlisted candidates will be conducted in line with Safer Recruitment guidance. Westcountry Schools Trust will carry out these checks and offers of employment are contingent on satisfactory outcomes. It is an offence to work with children if disqualified. The identity of referees and information relating to disclosures will be verified. A firm offer of appointment will be made after receipt and verification of all satisfactory checks.
