The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion. Our Project Managers collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Site visits to meet trades, attend virtual and in person client meetings and survey buildings for preparation of plans
- Liaising with Design and Sales Team colleagues on project details for quotation
- Creating works schedules and programmes for sub-contractors to price from
- Creating detailed costed quotations to cover scope of works
- Supporting our panel production team (CAD an advantage)
Desired Skills
The successful applicant will have experience in producing accurate, detailed quotations and project managing commercial and/or educational premises refurbishments in conjunction with Designers and Sales teams. The role will suit someone who is hungry for more success, pro-active, self-motivated and meticulous in their attention to detail.
