We are seeking a dedicated Class 2 Driver to join our team at WestCountry in Falmouth. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce efficiently and safely across the region, supporting our mission to provide outstanding service to our customers. All breaks taken during your shift in accordance with Tacho Rules are paid.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate Duel Temp trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver fresh produce to various clients.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods in compliance with road safety regulations.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold high service standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver, preferably in food logistics.
  • Valid driving license suitable for commercial vehicles.
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks.
