About the Role

We are looking for a digitally savvy AWS Marketing Manager who excels at delivering high quality campaigns. This role would suit a marketing manager who is energised by execution, takes clear ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating day-to-day with confidence. This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid B2B campaign experience who takes pride in excellent execution and thrives within a collaborative environment. Reporting to the AWS Marketing Director, who sets overall strategy and messaging direction, you will run day-to-day marketing activity for our AWS business. You will work closely with sales and our central marketing studio to deliver high impact campaigns that drive partner engagement and pipeline. This is a delivery-focused role within a fast-growing part of the business. You will be part of a marketing function with clear direction and strong support – giving you the structure to do your best work and the scope to contribute ideas, improve how we execute, and develop your cloud marketing expertise. You will be joining a supportive, ambitious team where quality is valued, your input matters and your work has visible impact on pipeline and customer engagement.

Location: London (Hatton Garden) / Hybrid. 1 day office/4 days remote. Minimal travel in or near London for events (2-3 times/year).

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution & Campaign Delivery
    • Execute end-to-end implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote AWS cloud resale and consulting services to partners.
    • Build and deliver campaigns across email, paid channels, social, web and events.
    • Create clear and effective briefs for our central marketing studio and manage asset delivery.
    • Ensure messaging aligns with AWS solution areas and our messaging frameworks.
    • Operate with autonomy day to day, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demand Generation
    • Use marketing automation, CRM workflows, and analytics to build, launch, and optimise campaigns.
    • Manage segmentation, nurture flows, and lead-hand-off processes.
    • Track and optimise digital performance using data-driven insights and a test and learn approach.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Work closely with the AWS Sales team to ensure campaigns support priority solution areas and pipeline goals.
    • Develop sales enablement assets and content that helps accelerate conversations.
  • Reporting & Optimisation
    • Analyse marketing performance, including campaign ROI and lead conversion, using data to refine and optimise execution.
    • Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable next steps.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance or introduce new tactical approaches and bring these forward for review.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience (cloud, SaaS, or IT channel preferred).
  • Confident executing digital campaigns and using modern MarTech tools.
  • Comfortable working within defined messaging and quality standards, and proactive about flagging where things could be improved.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills; able to move multiple workstreams forward at pace without close supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Collaborative, positive, and comfortable working with both Sales and a centralised marketing studio.
  • Experience with partner marketing or vendor programs is a plus (AWS experience is a bonus but not required).
