We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud Alliance Manager/MarketPlace Program Manager with strong cloud expertise to join the Westcon-Comstor sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating Google and Microsoft Marketplace programs into a scalable, repeatable goâtoâmarket strategy for WestconâComstor. You will build deep knowledge of both hyperscalers' marketplace offerings and develop strong strategic relationships with Microsoft and Google to drive and grow the EMEA pipeline across multiple vendors within the WestconâComstor portfolio.
These marketplace initiatives will align with and enhance existing vendor business plans, in close collaboration with WestconâComstor Vendor Business Leads. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Microsoft and Google stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach across internal teams. Close collaboration with the CSP Marketplace ISV Manager and Vendor Business Leads will be essential to successfully integrate marketplaceâled initiatives into broader goâtoâmarket strategies.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of hyperscaler cloud marketplaces and services, along with experience selling through a twoâtier model. You will be comfortable engaging with hyperscaler partners, vendor stakeholders, and internal teams to drive alignment and measurable growth.
Location: London (Hatton Garden)/Hybrid - with regular travel within EMEA (potentially twice a month)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable goâtoâmarket strategy across Google Cloud and Microsoft marketplaces, supporting multiple vendors within the WestconâComstor portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Google and Microsoft marketplace, partner, and account teams.
- Drive marketplace pipeline growth through coâsell motions, joint planning, and commercially compelling marketplace offerings.
- Partner closely with Vendor Business Leads to integrate marketplace initiatives into wider vendor GTM plans.
- Engage and enable vendors to adopt marketplace programmes, incentives, and coâsell strategies effectively.
- Collaborate internally across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure marketplace readiness and execution.
- Support demand generation through coâfunded marketing activity and clear marketplace positioning.
- Provide sales enablement, reporting, and business reviews focused on marketplace revenue, pipeline, and performance.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud, SaaS, distribution, or vendor side partner/channel management
- Knowledge of Google, Microsoft - either selling their products or knowing how their marketplaces operate
- Experience selling or supporting sales through a two tier channel model
- Understanding of hyperscaler
- Experience in Cloud GTM, product management, or alliances/partnership management
- Strong relationship building across complex ecosystems
- Effective long range planning and commercial acumen
- High impact communication skills
- Cross functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Ability to motivate and influence without direct authority
