A major focus of the role will be increasing revenue and profitability through Cisco's Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) 2.0 programme, a strategic initiative designed to drive partner engagement, end-user adoption services and commercial success. You will take ownership of developing and executing plans that maximise programme performance, support partner growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As the primary interface between Cisco and Westcon-Comstor, you will build strong relationships, align strategic objectives and ensure successful execution of vendor initiatives across the business.
While Cisco experience would be advantageous, we are keen to hear from candidates with experience managing relationships for other leading technology vendors. We can provide Cisco-specific training; what matters most is your ability to drive vendor success, commercial growth and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner for Cisco, building strong partnerships with vendor stakeholders and representing Westcon-Comstor at key meetings and events.
- Develop and execute business plans that drive revenue, profitability and market growth across Cisco's Lifecycle and Customer Experience portfolio.
- Lead initiatives relating to Cisco's Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) 2.0 programme, maximising partner participation, programme adoption and commercial return.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, partner management and technical teams to drive pipeline development and business performance.
- Increase awareness and adoption of vendor programmes, tools and incentives across both internal teams and channel partners.
- Identify new growth opportunities through targeted campaigns, account planning and partner engagement activities.
- Support partner development through enablement, certifications, rebates and programme participation.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and business performance.
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience developing and executing business plans and growth strategies.
- Strong organisational, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with Cisco or a similar enterprise technology vendor.
- Understanding of lifecycle services, customer success, partner incentives, rebates or recurring revenue programmes.
- Familiarity with multi-vendor IT distribution and channel ecosystems.
- Experience managing marketing development funds (MDF) and vendor-funded initiatives.
