We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Product Owner, Digital Sales to lead the evolution of SalesCentral, our internal sales automation and opportunity management digital platform. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, enhancing user experience, and aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own the backlog for a build team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Marketing and Data & Analytics to prioritize and deliver value.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles.
- Collaborate with other product owners to ensure alignment and coordination of changes within the CRM system and across other platforms.
- Actively participate in and, where appropriate, lead agile ceremonies in partnership with the Scrum master.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B SaaS or enterprise platform.
- Strong experience with sales processes and CRM systems, D365 experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
