We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Shared Services Administrator to join our centralised Global HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR initiatives, including the global rollout of our HR ticketing system and updating our Reward system. Success in this position requires accuracy, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of transactional HR activities across the employee lifecycle in a structured and efficient manner
  • Log, track and resolve HR queries using an HR case management or ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
  • Ensure consistent application of HR processes, policies, and data standards
  • Escalate complex or non‑standard cases to HR Advisors or Managers when required
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the Shared Services model
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR administration is preferable
  • Ability to use initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently after training
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience working within a global organisation
  • Familiarity with HR case management systems or HRIS platforms
