Westcolour is looking for Trainee and Experienced Digital Print Operators to join our growing production team in Bicester. You’ll work on modern digital print and finishing equipment, including Hunkeler finishing systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate digital presses and finishing equipment
- Assist with job setup, quality control, and workflow
- Carry out basic prepress checks (training provided)
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Trainee Applicants
- No print experience required — full training provided
- Hands-on, reliable, and keen to learn

Experienced Operators
- Experience operating digital presses and finishing equipment
- Strong focus on quality, colour, and productivity
