Our Sales Teams look after small to medium-sized businesses and some of the largest resellers across the UK. Working with these accounts can be demanding; the teams work at a fast pace and manage a busy workload. In this high-volume Inbound Sales role, you will handle day-to-day requirements from your account base to increase revenue.
What is the role?
You will manage inbound opportunities from your assigned accounts, responding to quote requests to increase revenue and lines per quote.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and customer service skills, capable of working towards targets in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
How will you do this?
Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, supporting clients with queries, orders, and billing. You will ensure KPI targets are met and support account growth by identifying customer needs and significant opportunities, communicating these to relevant teams, and working with Sales Operations to improve processes.
Key duties include:
- Responding to quote requests to increase lines per quote, revenue, and profit.
- Managing customer expectations regarding pricing, stock, and lead times.
- Collaborating with Outbound Sales and specialist teams to capitalize on opportunities.
