As an internal account manager, you will be working on our warm accounts; vital in ensuring the smooth day to day function of the sales team and maximising the profitability of the account portfolio. Your role will be a mix of handling inbound calls and emails and pro-actively supporting your clients with queries, orders and billing. You will apply your tenacity and drive to ensure that all individual KPI’s are met along with hitting team targets. You will also support the continuous growth of the account base, using your excellent product and client understanding to identify customer needs and upsell against current orders. You will build strong relationships across the accounts base and pro-actively keep account contacts updated with any relevant information about stock or services. Developing relationships with key vendor contacts is also an important part of continually improving operational function and optimising opportunities.

Is this the role for you?
Skills
- Previous experience in sales or account management roles (experience of working within an FMCG or IT/electronics industry is desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Clear and personable phone & email communication
- Target driven
- Analytical and organised
- Motivation to continuously develop your product knowledge
- Team player but also able to self-motivate and work unsupervised
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
