The Job Role
- Sales Specialist to assist within the SMB & Focus space with quoting and opportunities, with Focus Overlay (Eajaz), leaning on specialists to help with deals from first contact TS Key Accounts / SI AMs to continue to work with customers within their remit, utilising the Networking BDMs on their deals/opportunities.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Target, develop and grow accounts within the channel sector.
- Build professional, strategic and productive business relationships with account base via telephone/teams conversations.
- Regularly achieve individual revenue and profit targets by supporting the wider teams.
- Understand the account base and demonstrate accurate account mapping / forecasting within all accounts.
- Providing customer quotations.
- Working productively with Operations team.
- General administration relating to the sales process.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a background in IT sales, preferably within the enterprise field.
Skills
- Experience of working in an IT Distributor, IT Reseller or broker.
- Proactive Account Management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong, disciplined, and structured attitude to work.
- Good grammatical and numerical skills.
- IT knowledge would be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and mail packages.
