The Job Role

With further growth within the Westcoast Cloud business, we have the opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys learning and working as part of a team. The role will be working closely with the Campaign Managers to deliver the marketing campaigns across multiple cloud vendors. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and the in‑house cloud solution teams to project manage multiple campaigns at once, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. This is an opportunity for a Marketing Executive, ideally with 2 years IT or marketing agency experience.

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the team in the delivery of campaigns, through briefing agencies, scheduling resource, and liaising with teams to ensure successful delivery on time and to budget
  • Project managing events within timelines and coordinating and communicating to stakeholders
  • Updating website content, email signatures and assets
  • Proofreading documents, ensuring it is within brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Maintaining the CRM system to make sure the data is accurate and relevant
  • Scheduling social media and creating posts, engaging with comments, and following new vendors and customers
  • Supporting in the claiming of campaigns, and demonstrating impact and ROI
  • Documenting new processes and seeking improvement and efficiency in all aspects of role and tasks
  • Researching industry events & awards

  • A degree and/or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or English is preferred
  • Have a passion for marketing and for pursuing a career in marketing
  • You’re eager to learn, try new things and keen to develop
  • You’re naturally inquisitive and want to understand not only how things work, but how you can make them better
