The Job Role

We are seeking an experienced detail orientated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full time, permanent role at our main Theale office, close to Theale train station and M4 Junction 12. As a key member of our finance department, you will have the opportunity to support both internal and external stakeholders by compiling and analysing reports, investigating data discrepancies, and managing vendor rebate claims. With strong skills in Microsoft Excel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial claims and data. We are looking for a passionate individual with a commitment to excellence, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Compile and analyse data reports for various stakeholders within Westcoast, providing valuable insights and information.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.
  • Analyse and update Vendor sell out reporting data, meeting accuracy and timeliness metrics.
  • Prepare and reconcile Vendor rebate Claims, working closely with Vendors to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Support the Commercial team with Month End Justifications files and reviews with Business Managers.
