This is a full-time, on-site role based in Theale for a Partner Engagement Executive. The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, support their growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for facilitating partner enablement activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, and promoting technical solutions that drive value for partners. Regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in account management, new business development and/or customer engagement
- Strong collaboration and team coordination abilities, as well as organizational skills
- Outgoing people person to engage with accounts of low revenue spend via phone, email
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities, strategic planning, and driving measurable results
- Relevant experience in the technology sector, with a background in cloud services and account management of customer success being advantageous
- Understanding of cloud solutions, managed services, and Microsoft products beneficial but training will be provided
