We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team at Westcliffe Health Innovations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, specialist treatment centre delivering high quality care across a diverse range of services including endoscopy, urology, gynaecology and day case plastic surgery.

In this role, you will be actively involved in supporting patients throughout their entire care pathway from initial assessment and admission, through procedures, to recovery and safe discharge. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, playing a vital role in ensuring patient care is safe, effective, and centred around individual needs. This includes assisting in procedures, monitoring patient progress, and responding to clinical needs with professionalism and empathy.

The role also offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, as you will support and supervise junior staff, students, and healthcare assistants, and may be required to coordinate the department in the absence of senior nursing staff. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is looking to broaden their experience across multiple specialities while delivering outstanding care.

Main duties of the job:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients

Person Specification:

  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary nursing team
  • Previous experience within an acute, surgical, outpatient or diagnostic environment
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check
