We're now looking for an experienced Timber Window & Door Glazier to join our growing factory team.

The Role
As one of our factory glaziers, you'll play a vital role in the final stages of production, ensuring every window and door leaves the factory looking and performing exactly as intended.
Working within a highly skilled production team, you'll glaze our bespoke timber windows and doors with precision, helping deliver products that exceed our customers' expectations.
This is a hands-on role that requires previous factory glazing experience and a keen eye for detail.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Glazing high-end bespoke timber windows and doors.
- Cutting and fitting glazing beads and glazing bars with precision.
- Installing glazing tape, insulated glass units, beads and bars.
- Fitting gasket seals to vented glazing systems.
- Applying silicone sealant where required.
- Using a range of specialist hand and power tools.
- Carrying out detailed quality inspections to ensure every product meets our exacting standards.
- Reporting damaged or defective glazing units before installation.
- Maintaining stock levels of glazing consumables including tape, packers, pins, fittings and fixings.
- Assisting with final product wrapping and preparation for dispatch.
- Supporting the safe loading and unloading of deliveries when required.
- Working collaboratively with other production departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times.
