A central support office provides financial, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other administrative services to the group companies each of whom retains its own personality and who operate across a number of catering and hospitality markets. Recent acquisitions provide the group with new opportunities and include prestigious locations such as Musee Du Louvre in Paris and partnerships with established chefs such as Claus Meyers in Denmark.
The overall scope of the role is to own and manage the Coupa RPMA (Risk & Performance Management) and Non-Food third-party risk processes, ensuring supplier risk is assessed and managed in a pragmatic, commercially supportive way. The role combines third-party risk management, system ownership, stakeholder engagement and entry-level indirect category management. The postholder will support the Head of Indirect Procurement in driving good governance while enabling the business.
Key accountabilities include:
- Supplier Risk & Coupa RPMA
- Lead day-to-day ownership of the Coupa RPMA / Non-Food TPRM process
- Manage supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier risk assessments
- Maintain risk questionnaires, workflows, scoring models and approval routes
- Track risks, follow-ups and mitigations with suppliers and internal SMEs
- Produce MI on supplier risk status, volumes, themes and trends
- Liaise with IT / Coupa support teams regarding configuration changes and enhancements
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Act as first point of contact for internal teams regarding supplier risk and onboarding
- Provide guidance on when risk assessments are required and how outcomes should be applied
- Manage supplier communication relating to questionnaires, clarifications and remediation activity
- Indirect Procurement (Entry-Level Category Management)
- Manage a small portfolio of lower-value / lower-complexity indirect categories
- Support RFQs, mini-tenders and supplier evaluations
- Embed supplier risk outcomes into sourcing and contracting decisions
- Support contract management and ongoing supplier management activity
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, supplier risk, third-party risk management or supplier onboarding
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workflows
- Detail-focused, analytical and process-driven
- Experience with supplier assurance platforms desirable (e.g., SafeContractor, Achilles, EcoVadis)
- Understanding of supplier risk domains (information security, H&S, ESG, compliance)
- Working knowledge of procurement and supplier onboarding processes
- Hands-on experience with procurement or risk systems (Coupa strongly preferred)
- Awareness of third-party risk management frameworks and methodologies
- A pragmatic and commercially aware approach
- Able to balance governance with operational needs
- Systems-minded and comfortable working in an environment with evolving processes
- Keen to develop deeper capability in supplier risk and procurement
