Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (plus optional overtime)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Window & Door Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience working with timber products and wants to take the next step in their career.
You’ll work on high-end bespoke products, learn from experienced craftspeople, and have genuine opportunities to develop your skills as you grow within the business. No two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling bespoke timber windows, doors and roof lantern components.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools, including sanders, pin guns, routers, saws and mitre machines.
- Drum sanding, including changing sanding belts.
- Filling, sanding and preparing timber products directly from the production line.
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including glue removal and fine finishing.
- Cutting, fitting and pinning glazing beads.
- Installing panels into doors.
- Fitting casements and sliding sash windows into frames.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure every product meets our premium standards.
- Assisting with wrapping finished products and loading/unloading deliveries.
- Supporting colleagues across the factory when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with timber and already has practical experience in a joinery or manufacturing environment. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience assembling or manufacturing timber products, ideally windows and doors.
- Confidence using woodworking hand tools and equipment, including sanders, pin guns and other assembly tools.
- Experience preparing timber products for painting or finishing would be a real advantage.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- The ability to work accurately and safely.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A reliable, hardworking approach and the ability to work well within a team.
