We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Care Navigator to join our team. The Care Navigator will act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a high standard of service to ensure they are directed to the most appropriate source of care in a timely and efficient manner.
This role is a fixed term maternity cover, 20–34 hours per week, with shift patterns to be agreed. We are based in Westbury on Trym and serve a varied patient population.
