We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly, well-established team in Newbury, Berkshire. Our modern, fully equipped practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatments, including dental implants
- Using dental scanners and digital X-rays to support diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Maintaining patient care and comfort before, during, and after treatments
- Ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and a safe, clean clinical environment
- Managing patient records and assisting with appointment scheduling
- Occasionally covering the reception role when required, helping with patient queries, and managing front-desk operations
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dental Nurse
- GDC registered and up to date with your certifications
- Proficient in using dental scanners , digital X-rays , and assisting with dental implants
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to cover the reception role when needed, managing patient interactions and admin duties
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
