Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standards and enjoys working in a modern, fast-paced workshop environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Conducting Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
- Completing vehicle inspections and providing accurate reports on any additional work required.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Current Class 4 MOT Tester qualification very desirable but not a deal breaker.
- Proven experience working as a vehicle technician within the motor trade.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent attention to detail, a professional approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
