Your impact: We are currently looking for motivated talents who want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment right in the heart of London. The role offers you the opportunity to enhance organizational skills, gain exposure to various functions, build problem-solving capabilities, and cultivate professional relationships, collaborating with your team as an equal from day one.

What we expect you to do:

  • You coordinate appointments and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparing affiliated documents.
  • You arrange business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while creating detailed travel itineraries.
  • Managing confidential documents, maintaining records, and ensuring all important paperwork is properly stored and easily accessible are part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You assist in planning and executing projects by coordinating tasks and collaborating with various departments to ensure success.
  • By monitoring small project budgets, you support the finance and sales teams with billing and budget reviews.
  • You help maintain internal and external relationships, acting as a liaison to facilitate smooth collaboration with business partners and clients.

Your profile:

  • You have a completed degree or vocational training.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have the ability to inspire others and seamlessly integrate yourself into a high-performing team with positive energy and passion.
  • With strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and initiative, you bring a solution-oriented and structured approach to representing our international business.
  • You are service- and customer-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have some experience working with CRM tools.
