Recovery Driver Trainee

Bristol Full-Time No home office possible

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in a sometimes challenging environment, going above and beyond to offer a solution that fits the customers\’ needs.
Enjoy working with customers and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, with tolerance, sympathy and understanding when needed.
Vehicle recovery following breakdown or accident within a 100 km radius; occasional longer recoveries to any UK destination.
Comprehensive induction training covering all aspects of the role and providing an industry-recognised basic level accreditation.
Attend breakdowns in all weathers; be prepared to work outside and in difficult conditions to recover customers.

Shift pattern

The shift pattern for this role is 4 on / 2 off or Monday–Friday with alternate weekends.
