Job summary
We are looking for a flexible, confident and empathetic person to join our friendly and dedicated Reception Team. This is a part time position for a Medical Receptionist. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Working hours are between 8am - 6pm.
Main duties of the job
Main aspect of the role is to be the first point of contact for patients, secondary care and outside agencies. You will need a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You will be required to provide admin support to our Clinicians by processing various tasks including prescriptions and follow up appointments whilst adhering to Practice policies and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

We are a small practice based in North Ormesby, we have 4 GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Practice Nurse and 2 Health Care Assistants supported by our dedicated Reception / Admin Team. We take pride in offering an excellent service to our patients whilst supporting each other.
