About you:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, and has a passion for supporting teaching and learning by establishing supportive relationships with students, helping to raise their self-esteem and develop a positive attitude to learning within a secondary Academy.
  • You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient and able to use their own initiative, to support students in the classroom to ensure that they are making progress academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential.
  • This role requires a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
