Contract: Permanent, commencing as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Support students with personal care and encourage independence and self‑reliance.
- Establish supportive relationships, raise student self‑esteem and foster a positive attitude to learning.
- Work alongside teaching and pastoral teams to provide additional support within a secondary academy setting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Previous experience in an educational setting desirable but not essential.
- Self‑motivated with passion for supporting teaching and learning.
