What does the job role involve?
- Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
- Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
- Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish".
- Work within a committed team member.
- Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
- To supervise, guide and support a group of care assistants.
- To assist in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
- Assist with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
- Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
What makes a successful candidate:
- Must have previous senior care experience.
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care obtained.
- Enthusiastic about providing care.
- Great values and compassion for supporting people.
- You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
- Great communication skills.
- Be able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.
What we can offer you in return for your hard work and commitment:
- Day shifts.
- We are currently offering 33 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank hours also on offer).
- Working hours: 8am- 8pm shifts.
- Hourly rate: £13.06 per hour.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
