Are you passionate about travel and ready to turn your love for cruises into a rewarding career? Westaway Travel is expanding! We’re looking for a Cruise Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow our cruise holiday business.

About the Role:

• Home-based position—work from anywhere in the UK
• Commission-only, uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively generate and convert cruise holiday enquiries
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to customers
• Build relationships with new and repeat clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise products, offers, and destinations
• Represent Westaway Travel at virtual and in-person events (with travel opportunities)

About You:

• Previous experience in travel sales, especially cruises, is a huge plus
• Confident communicator with a flair for building rapport
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
