Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact? Here at Notified, we are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join us in London. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with existing Public Relations & Investor Relations clients in the UK. You'll be responsible for managing the monthly revenue of your book of business through upsells and renewals, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead the sales process for renewals and upselling opportunities, ensuring client retention and growth.
  • Identify key decision-makers within accounts and facilitate introductions for product renewals and upsells.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships, drive contract growth, and secure renewals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and coordinate with the Notified Customer Engagement team to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain in-depth expertise of Notified’s solutions and keep updated on competitive offerings.
  • Engage with sales operations resources throughout the sales cycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and monitoring of opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Management role.
  • Prior experience in Public Relations (PR) or Investor Relations (IR) sales, demonstrating the industry know-how.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (in both verbal and written communication).
  • Experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in effectively communicating via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Experience delivering engaging presentations to large audiences, engaging and inspiring your listeners.
