West Yorkshire Police are looking to recruit a Part Time SLT Secretary to join the Department / Directorate team at Carr Gate, Wakefield.
The Role: You will
- Be the first point of contact for Senior Leadership Team
- Ensuring calls, messages and visitors are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintaining and coordinating diaries, calendars and rotas
- Ensure effective time management of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Attend regular meetings ensuring accurate minutes and actions are logged, completed and updated accordingly.

Requirements of the role
- Typing experience which will show a high level of accuracy and speed of no less than 30wpm.
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Good knowledge of and ability to operate computerised software packages e. g., Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
