Part Time Duties Planner Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE) Leeds
1 part time position working 22.12 hours (3 Days - Wednesday to Friday)
We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented team player to support our Counter Terrorism Policing unit. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate duty rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet operational and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities- Produce, maintain and amend duty rotas in accordance with legislation and policy.
- Ensure all information is accurate, up to date and stored in the duties management system.
- Actively maintain an efficient and accurate duties management system, taking appropriate action on exception reports.
- Problem‑solve resource issues that arise and maintain optimum staffing levels in a cost‑effective manner.
- Use Microsoft Office and other Force IT systems to support workforce management.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable with other Force IT systems.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to undertake training in workforce management and related IT systems.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability.
- Strong people skills; ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be a British citizen and eligible to hold a British passport to work in the unit.
