Location: Force Headquarters, Wakefield
Contract: Full‑Time | Permanent | Hybrid Working | 37 hours per week
Salary: £32,247 – £40,893 per annum
Role Summary

What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the analysis and delivery of digital transformation projects.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Assisting in the development of business cases, process maps, and solution proposals.
- Researching tools, techniques, and emerging technologies to inform project delivery.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services and systems.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong interest in digital transformation and innovation.
- An understanding of business‑customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Willingness and ability to work towards industry‑recognised business analysis qualifications (fully supported by West Yorkshire Police).
- Education to A‑level standard (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in researching and presenting information in a clear, structured format.
- Awareness of current and emerging digital technologies and their potential applications.
