West Yorkshire Police’s NPAS Bournemouth base is seeking a Base Manager to lead a specialist team of 6 Tactical Flight Officers and 3 Pilots.

This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) offers the chance to shape air operations across England & Wales while upholding NPAS values.

You will develop staff, drive performance, and act as an ambassador with local and national partners.

Training will be provided for in-flight duties, with occasional travel across the region.
