We're seeking a Head of Business Information (BI) to lead the development and delivery of forward-thinking information to our senior leadership team and associated data strategy. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CTO, with responsibility for developing and embedding BI as a strategic asset across the organisation.
The role is a hands‑on position with one direct report and is broadly a greenfield site from a strategic perspective. The successful candidate will already have significant experience of BI tooling and practical delivery of comprehensive reporting to an organisation's leadership team.
This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring high standards of accessibility, and actionable insight. Experience with operational data is essential, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams.
Salary Band: £56,682 to £60,593
