To provide comprehensive reception and administration support to the Occupational Health Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Support data management and configuration of the OHU IT system.
- Coordinate clinical activity by arranging appointments, processing referrals, and producing reports.
- Undertake financial tasks such as ordering goods, processing payments, and handling purchase orders.
- Deliver reception and general administrative support.
- Improve efficiency by reviewing and streamlining administrative processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong administrative experience, able to handle enquiries, liaise with external organisations, manage data and documentation, configure databases, coordinate and arrange appointments and produce routine reports.
- Confident supporting basic financial processes such as raising purchase orders, handling invoices, and ordering stock.
- Good IT skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel – and sound literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
