We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join our Passenger Experience Team. Are you looking for a new role in customer service that offers more benefits? Do you want to advance your experience within a leading organisation that values development? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will play a key role in the administration of MCard products and services. You will work closely with various internal departments within the Combined Authority, including the Travel Centres, Inclusive Travel team, Metro Line, Finance and Customer Feedback team, to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the network. The Sales Team operate Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The Role Reporting into the Sales Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include: * Administer a variety of processes using financial management systems to produce and deliver multiple MCards for external and internal customers efficiently. * Provide administrative assistance within the Retail section. * Manager the corporate MCard database and administer all elements of the MCard process. * Manager ticket stock and solve any discrepancies arising from stock checks. * Manager the MCard Rosa database including gifting and refunding tickets and providing solutions to customer enquiries. * Administration of contract agreements. About You You will have the following key skills, attributes, education and experience: * Educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, or equivalent experience. * Experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. * Good understanding of West Yorkshire Bus and Rail Ticketing products including MCard. * Strong communication skills. * Good understanding of Financial Systems.
