We’re looking for a Lead Programme Performance Coordinator to join our Employment and Skills Data & Performance team. As Lead Programme Performance Coordinator, you will lead a skilled team overseeing financial management, performance reporting, contract compliance and demonstrating the real impact of funding for people across West Yorkshire. This role is focussed on Healthy Working Life - a £37 million partnership between West Yorkshire Combined Authority and the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. Co-designed with residents and employers, the programme supports people with long-term health conditions into secure, rewarding work and helps economically inactive residents move closer to employment.
In this role, you will take the lead on implementing systems to manage and monitor the Connect to Work offer. We’re seeking a Lead Programme Performance Coordinator with exceptional leadership skills, strong management capability and the confidence to represent the organisation with partners across the region.

The Role
Reporting into the Data and Performance Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide day to day management of a team of Programme Performance Coordinators.
- Manage allocated contracts in line with funding guidance and contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective contract management tools to monitor overall contract finances, performance, subcontractors, partner delivery and associated risks of multiple high value contracts, ensuring accuracy.

About You
You will have the following key skills, attributes, education, and experience:
- Knowledge and practical experience of contract and project management methodologies, techniques and good practice.
- Relevant and recent experience of developing, implementing, embedding and maintaining contract management processes and procedures.
- Experience of directing team priorities and managing external influences to achieve targets.
- Understanding of the contract management requirements of a range of funding streams.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Tools.
