Maintenance Handyman/woman

An estate maintenance role on a busy working estate between Newbury and Hungerford. The Estate comprises of over 40 properties. We currently have an estate maintenance person who is looking to retire after 35 years. For the next year the incoming person would be working alongside our existing Estate maintenance person but when he retires the incoming person will take over responsibility for maintaining the property portfolio. A combination of some of the skills listed below is required:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Brick laying

Cement laying

Tiling

Painting

Responsibility for the estates water supply/reservoir and pipes *

Refurbishment of properties – fitting kitchens/doors/bathrooms *

Small electrical jobs

Fork lift driving

Maintaining roofs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
