The company is seeking to introduce an enthusiastic and energetic member to the Finance Team to support its purchase ledger administration. Working in a thriving and busy environment, the successful candidate will be assisting the purchase ledger team with:
- Data entry of supplier invoices and credit notes
- Preparing supplier monthly reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- General office duties including filing, storeroom audits, and the banking of cheques
The role demands the ability to prioritise and coordinate work effectively and work in an accurate and precise manner. A basic understanding of accounts and a basic level of Excel experience is essential.
