West Town Chemist is looking for a qualified, experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly, patient‑focused team. If you're organised, confident, and committed to excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will play a key part in the safe and efficient running of the dispensary. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and dispensing prescriptions using Titan PMR
  • Serving customers and providing excellent counter support
  • Handling and responding to phone queries in a professional manner
  • Supporting the pharmacist with clinical and NHS services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth workflow

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified as a Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ2 or equivalent)
  • Experienced working in a community pharmacy
  • Confident with communication, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, accuracy‑driven environment
  • Positive, reliable, and keen to contribute to a supportive team culture
